Ham Steak and Pineapple

I looooovvee Ham Steak and Pineapple and came across some in the Coles supermarket on the weekend that were labeled gluten free. I have eaten them in the past but I had to read the ingredient list to check they were ok, now we don't have too. Along with them I had some hot chips (from the frozen section of the supermarket) they are something I always have to check though as I never remember which ones are gluten free.
Its certainly one quick, mess free dinner but a little bit naughty (I need to make more time to prepare my own potato/sweet potato chips!)
