Mums pasta salad
Mum made me some seperate pasta for a BBQ on the weekend (gosh she is good!). You can have it hot or cold I reckon and it would be very easy to make.
Ingredients:
Pasta
Sundried tomatoes
Olives
Chorizo or salami
Thousand island dressing
Method:
Cook pasta
Dice tomatoes olives and meat
Add to pasta
Cover with dressing
Done!
